Ingredients:
1 whole banana
⅓ cup rolled oats
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients and 1/2 the banana in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Lightly grease and heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add about 1/4 cup of the batter. Cook until bubbles form on surface then carefully flip over. Cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
3. Repeat with remaining batter and serve with the remaining 1/2 banana, cut into slices.
